Snéha Khilay

Snéha Khilay, the Managing Director of Blue Tulip Training has provided training and consultancy to public and private organisations for over fifteen years. Her specialism in training and consultancy has evolved to ensure that the needs of the employers/staff and organisation are met.​​

Inspired by the Gandhi quote “be the change you want to see in the world”, Snéha supports organisations find effective solutions to their diversity dilemmas, to ensure that senior managers and staff are conscientious in maintaining the diversity and inclusion stance. She also provides support to staff (and managers) who wish to develop their personal impact at work through effective communication skills

Snéha is an accomplished author, she writes for her own monthly newsletter: Essence of Equality (2500 subscribers). She contributes regularly to the London School of Economics Diversity Blog and has published articles on cultural diversity and inclusion in various management related journals which includes; Management Today, Start your Business, Simply Business, Professional Manager, Change Board and HR Director. Snéha is currently writing a book titled ‘Diversity Dilemmas in the Work Place’

Snéha participates in speaking engagements at regional, national and international level. She has presented to multinational organisations with participants representing different countries. She recently presented at the European Equality & Diversity Conference in Vienna and at the Professional Speakers Conference in the Netherlands

Snéha completed her Masters Degree - Management of Human Resources at Brunel University. Her research focus was the effective management of instances of sexual harassment at work.

Her research study, 'Management of Sexual Harassment, Reality or Fantasy?', explored the effect of sexual harassment at work on women, focusing on long term professional and personal effects. The study included the impact of the formal management and disciplinary process in dealing with the harassment allegation and whether this could be managed more effectively.

She is also a trained Investigator into allegations of harassment and bullying. As a result of this research and further training, Snéha qualified as a trained investigator and is now highly experienced in this field, undertaking investigations for a wide range of organisations into allegations of racism, sexism, disabilism or any other form of harassment/bullying at work. She has worked on some high profile cases.

Snéha is a NLP Master Practitioner and an accredited Business Executive coach.
